    Forit Group shall use the Personal Data for the following purposes with respect to the provision of Webridge services provided by Forit Group or telecommunications services by our partners.
    * Webridge is an overseas affiliate program operated by Forit Group, through which (among other things) it connects the websites operated by advertisers and publishers, allowing users of the publishers’ website to be redirected to the advertisers’ website and/or contact the advertisers.
    The Personal Data owned by Forit Group will not be used outside the scope of the purposes below unless permitted by applicable laws and regulations including the Personal Information Protection Act (“PIPA”).
    • Provision of products and services (including Webridge services), identity verification for change or suspension, billing of fees for the provision of products and services, and other ancillary services related to the provision of our services;

3. Collection and Use of History Information

  • Collection of History Information
    History Information is defined as information related to the action history and individual characteristics of customers who have visited our website, etc., which does not include information that identifies individuals. Specifically, it refers to information such as the domain name and IP address in use, and the organization name assigned to them, the date and time of access, file name, URL of the page from which the link originated, the type of browser and OS in use, individual identification information of mobile terminals, advertising identifiers, Cookies, etc.

    Forit Group may provide with the History Information we have acquired after ensuring that it is information that does not lead to the identification of specific individuals to behavioral targeting advertising companies (hereinafter referred to as "advertising delivery companies") or Group Companies. The History Information provided by Forit Group will be analyzed and used for the purpose of delivering optimal advertisements and service content customized to customer's needs, interests, and concerns. Persons wishing to disable behavioral targeting advertising can access the opt-out page of the advertising delivery companies to disable the use of Cookies, etc. It will be necessary to set up the Cookies again when changing browsers, deleting Cookies, or changing to a new PC.
  • Use of Google Analytics
    Some of Forit Group pages use the access analysis tool “Google Analytics”, which allows Google to collect, record and analyze customers visits to our website based on Cookies issued by Forit Group. The data collected by Google Analytics does not contain any personally identifiable information and will be managed by Google in accordance with its privacy policy. 4. Secure Management of Personal Data

  • Forit Group shall take necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent any leakage, destruction, and damage of your Personal Data.
  • Forit Group shall establish an internal system to prevent any unauthorized access to Personal Data, establish rules on information security, and provide employees with the necessary and appropriate training to ensure that they are thoroughly familiar with the handling of Personal Data.
  • If Forit Group outsources operations that handle your Personal Data to other companies, Forit Group shall only select those who handle Personal Data appropriately as the outsourcing partner, and shall execute agreements that require the outsourcing partner to appropriately manage Personal Data and shall supervise the outsourcing partner in an appropriate manner.

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

  • Forit Group will not provide or disclose your Personal Data received to third parties without your consent, except for permitted situations under applicable laws and regulations including the PIPA.
  • Our operating sites include links to a number of external sites, but Forit Group does not share or provide your Personal Data with the providers of these external sites. Please see the privacy policies of the linked sites for the purpose of collecting personal data at the linked sites.

6. Compliance with relevant laws

Forit Group shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations on Personal Data, including the PIPA.
